He is the father of Shelby and car owner. He likes to be called the biggest motivator of Shelby. Yet he's the runner up right behind his wife Tammi and daughter Jessi. Bill knows his cars and his racing, just go take a peak at his super freak collection of Earnheardt memrobilia. And this is his big year to call the shots for the team.
Chuck Stevens (pictured top left)
Jackman, tire changer, trouble shooter, you name it he can do it. This guys like the swiss army knife of racing folks. Just give him a tool and he'll know how to use it, when, where, and why. No questions asked. Chuck has a wife Leslie and two wonderful daughters, Jenny and Rachel
Brad Primmer (pictured bottom left)
This guy can not get enough racing and his hands on every inch of the racecar. Week in week out Brad spends the most time on the car. He's not the guy you ask "Do these pant's make me look fat, or did you catch the episode of the OC". Oh no, he's a gear head for sure. Brad is single and has two daughters, hence the quote earlier.
